Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewCanada Post Strike resulted in a $65 quote from Ups or Purolator to return a jacket. Contacted Rude Boys and asked if I could wait for Canada Post strike to be over. They said no. I went through everything I could to find a cheaper method, and applied for a Ups business account and got a more reasonable rate of $28. Contacted Rude Boys on day 15 of the 15 day return period, asking to return the item the next day (on the 16th day). They refuse! They wont even consider the Canada Post strike to return an item, even if I am shipping on the 16th day, and asked them on the 15th day of the return. Never shop with these guys online. There is a reason why they are still a small business, as they do not understand customer satisfaction even when it wont cost them a cent! Avoid
